On this page, I will collect various articles from online newspapers and old magazines for people to view. Those online will be linked to and will most likely take you off this site. If you find it broken, let me know. Others I have copied onto a text document for reading. These are usually from older magazines. The links will lead to a .txt which should be readable on anyone's computer as it is a simple program (which I personally love). I recomand going to Google and getting alerts on news stories about Nelson. While you will get emails about things involving Nelson and Eddy, you will get neat articles everyonce and awhile about Nelson that you wouldn't have known about otherwise. That is how I found the articles at the bottom about the Fan who lost her drawings. I wouldn't have known about this had I not been recieving the alerts. The above is a article posted online on Febuary 14, 2006 and it is strongly under the romance believer category so if you wish to avoid such articles this one should be avoided. However, it does have the lyrics to My Wonder One (also listed on this site) and a few pictures of the duo.
The article is an interview with Robert Osborne and has a mention of Nelson and Jeanette. They have a fan in Lauren Bacall! It is also a good article if you want to know what the film historian thinks of modern day films.
The above two articles are by Bill Johnson, a columnist in the Rocky Mountian News website. They were written a week apart (1- July 14, 2- July 22) so sometimes news in the paper can help. Its a wonderful story about a Nelson fan and some very nice people.
